Five Key Missions

Chairman, Avro India Ltd & Avro Recycle Pvt. Ltd
"India's Daddy of Plastic" & Impact-Driven Entrepreneur

Over five decades in business, Mr. Sushil Aggarwal has built more than companies – he has built ecosystems. From recycling plastic at scale to creating risk-free entrepreneurship models, transgender-inclusive factories, youth mentorship, and organ donation advocacy, every initiative reflects one core belief: business should leave society better than it found it.

This page presents his five key missions.

01

Zero-Investment, Zero-Loss Entrepreneurship Program

Traditional entrepreneurship demands capital, risk, and often, the ability to absorb loss. Mr. Aggarwal wants to challenge that model for first-generation entrepreneurs.

His Zero-Investment, Zero-Loss Entrepreneurship Program is designed so that:

  • Aspiring entrepreneurs do not need to invest their own money to start.
  • They are integrated into the Avro ecosystem – given access to factory infrastructure, products, systems, and brand strength.
  • They focus on operations, sales, and local market development, while the company manages manufacturing and backend support.

This model:

  • Creates sustainable jobs and entrepreneurs, not just employees.
  • Reduces the fear of failure for talented youth who lack capital but have ambition and drive.
  • Supports inclusive growth by making entrepreneurship accessible to people from diverse backgrounds.

Through this program, Mr. Aggarwal is building a pipeline of risk-protected entrepreneurs, turning employment seekers into opportunity creators.

02

India's "Daddy of Plastic" – Turning Waste into Wealth

For most people, plastic is a problem. For Mr. Sushil Aggarwal, it is an opportunity to redesign how India consumes, recycles, and reuses.

As "India's Daddy of Plastic," he has dedicated his life to transforming plastic from a linear, wasteful material into part of a circular, sustainable economy. Through Avro India Ltd and Avro Recycle Pvt. Ltd, his vision is:

  • To recycle plastic at scale and convert it into durable, affordable furniture for Indian households and institutions.
  • To prove that responsible plastic use and profitability can co-exist in the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.
  • To build an ecosystem where waste becomes raw material, jobs are created, and the environment is protected.

This mission is not only about furniture or plastic – it is about leadership. He stands for a new kind of industrialist: one who creates value for shareholders, and for society and the planet.

03

"100 Din Desh Ke Naam" – Inspiring Young Minds Across Campuses

"100 Din Desh Ke Naama" is Mr. Aggarwal's personal commitment to the nation's youth.

Mr sushil has trained over a million students in colleges and MSME Entrepreneurs in last 18 years Under this initiative, he dedicates a significant part of his year – up to 100 days – to visiting colleges, universities, and educational institutions across India. His sessions are:

  • Free of cost, always.
  • Focused on business, entrepreneurship, motivation, ethics, discipline, and real-world learning.
  • Designed to bridge the gap between textbook knowledge and ground reality.

In these interactive talks, he shares:

  • His journey from humble beginnings to leading large-scale businesses.
  • Practical lessons on failure, resilience, cash flow, leadership, and decision-making in a VUCA world.
  • Guidance on how students can build tangible, marketable skills and make themselves employable or entrepreneurial.

"100 Din Desh Ke Naam" is his way of returning to the classrooms as a mentor, so that young people don't just chase jobs – they build careers, companies, and character.

04

Organ Donation – Giving Life Beyond Life

Among all his initiatives, organ donation is the one closest to his heart.

Mr. Aggarwal believes that the greatest legacy anyone can leave is the gift of life. By pledging his own organs and actively promoting organ donation, he encourages every Indian to think beyond themselves and consider how their final act can save multiple lives.

On this platform, he aims to:

  • Normalize conversations around organ donation in families, educational institutions, and workplaces.
  • Remove fear, myths, and stigma by presenting organ donation as an act of compassion, courage, and responsibility.
  • Inspire people to register as donors and discuss their wishes with loved ones.
"Business can improve lives. Organ donation can save them."

This is the humanitarian foundation that supports all his other initiatives.

05

Transgender-Inclusive Factory Model – Dignity, Ownership, and Opportunity

One of Mr. Aggarwal's most path-breaking ideas is a transgender-inclusive factory model.

In this model, he envisions a dedicated factory where transgender individuals form the core workforce. This is not charity; it is a dignity-first, opportunity-first model that gives a marginalized community real ownership in value creation.

Key principles of this model:

  • Provides a safe, respectful, and inclusive work environment where skills, discipline, and performance matter more than identity.
  • Aims to become a replicable model that other businesses can adopt to bring the transgender community into mainstream economic activity.

Through this initiative, Mr. Aggarwal wants the transgender community to be seen not as a subject of sympathy, but as partners in progress.

A Life Committed to Sustainable Jobs & Youth Mentorship

Across all these initiatives – circular plastic economy, organ donation advocacy, transgender-inclusive factories, the "100 Days for India" movement, and the zero-investment entrepreneurship program – one theme is constant:

All endeavors should lead to equitable and inclusive society.

For Mr. Sushil Aggarwal, success is not measured only in balance sheets, but in:

💼
Jobs created
🚀
Entrepreneurs developed
🌟
Lives uplifted
❤️
Lives saved

This portfolio is not just a record of what he has built, but an invitation to join the mission – as a student, professional, entrepreneur, policymaker, or simply as a human being who wants to make a difference.
